Christians and PORN!
Bet that title caught your eye. 
As we do our weekend workshops in churches across the country, we have started utilizing a Q&A time where people can write out questions on marriage that we will attempt to answer.
One question that is being asked frequently is: “Is it OK for Christian couples to watch pornography together in order to ‘spice things up’?” WOW! These are questions being asked IN THE CHURCH!
Obviously the answer isn’t NO…it’s HECK NO! This idea is wrong on so many levels but let’s just settle on ONE. In fact let’s not even go into the scriptural reasons but focus on one that impacts every marriage Christian or NOT.
Men are visually stimulated when it comes to sex. When a man wants to watch pornography with his wife he is CLEARLY communicating that he wants to be sexually stimulated by another woman. This request can do nothing but completely destroy a woman’s self esteem. Running through her brain will be this continual question: “Is he making love to me or HER!”
Let’s look at it another way…men if you were having an affair would you invite THAT woman to your bed with your wife? Watching pornography with your wife is no different. Men who approach sex this way are LAZY LOVERS…making love is all about meeting your spouses needs NOT fulfilling your fantasy.
Men if you really love your wife you would NEVER subject her to this idea. Ladies, if he asks, tell him NO in no uncertain terms. You want to “spice things up”? Pamper your wife, take her on a trip, give her gifts for no reason and watch her respond in ways that will satisfy you sexually.
“A mind is a terrible thing to waste” use it to be creative in the bedroom not destructive
